Permissions
The Permissions tab is accessible via Choose Action > Settings > Permissions. For general information on how permissions work, see Common Features — Permissions.

For a CodeNOW default template, this page shows an informational message instead of the permission groups below — the template is read-only and has no permissions to manage.
Permission Groups
Permission groups are hierarchical: Admin includes all Editor permissions, and Editor includes all Viewer permissions.
| Group | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full control over the template, including managing variables, permissions, and deletion |
| Editor | Can edit the template and manage its variables |
| Permission Editor | Can manage permission assignments for the template |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the template detail and its variables |
Saving permission changes triggers a Permission Settings job.
